Our single-villa project, which was already equipped with an existing KNX infrastructure, has been upgraded into a more comprehensive and fully integrated smart building solution through additional system implementations and integration works.
As part of the project, smart lighting control, underfloor heating automation, and shutter control systems were integrated into the existing KNX infrastructure, bringing the villa’s core technical systems together under a common automation architecture. This enables the different systems to operate seamlessly and be managed through a centralized control infrastructure.
The integrated solution enhances everyday comfort and ease of use for the villa’s residents, while centralized control of lighting, heating, and shutter systems enables more efficient management of energy usage. The infrastructure also provides the flexibility to accommodate additional systems and functions as future requirements evolve.
This project demonstrates how an existing KNX infrastructure can be enhanced through a well-engineered approach and expert system integration, transforming it into a more comprehensive, flexible, and user-oriented smart building solution.
